Terms & Conditions for Membership Application

By submitting an application to join Iron Bred MC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Is Earned, Not Guaranteed

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Iron Bred MC reserves the right to approve or deny any applicant at its sole discretion.

2. Prospect Period Required

If accepted, you understand that you must complete a prospect period.

The length of the prospect period is determined by the club.

No timeline is promised or guaranteed.

Advancement is earned through conduct, loyalty, and commitment.

3. Financial Responsibility

You agree to:

Pay all required dues, fees, or prospect costs on time.

Maintain your motorcycle according to club standards.

Be financially responsible for required gear, vest, or patches.

All payments made are non-refundable.

4. Conduct & Representation

You agree to:

Conduct yourself with respect at all times.

Protect the reputation and integrity of Iron Bred MC.

Avoid public behavior that brings negative attention to the club.

Follow all club bylaws, leadership direction, and protocol.

5. Confidentiality

You agree that all club business, discussions, and internal matters are confidential.
Sharing private club information without authorization may result in immediate removal.

6. Attendance & Participation

You agree to attend required meetings, rides, and club functions unless excused by leadership.

Repeated absence or lack of participation may result in disciplinary action or removal.

7. Removal & Discipline

Iron Bred MC reserves the right to:

Suspend, discipline, or remove any member or prospect at any time.

Reclaim patches or club property upon removal.

Enforce internal disciplinary procedures as deemed appropriate.

8. Voluntary Participation

You acknowledge that participation in motorcycle riding and club activities carries inherent risks.
You voluntarily assume all risks and release Iron Bred MC and its members from liability related to injury, loss, or damages.

9. No Ownership Rights

Membership does not grant ownership of the club name, patch, logo, or intellectual property.

10. Agreement

By signing below, you confirm that:

You understand these terms.

You agree to abide by all club rules and leadership decisions.

You accept that membership is a privilege, not a right.
